Jacob Lewis Curtis, 83, of Conover passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 at his residence. Born Saturday, December 4th, 1937 he was the son of the late William Howard Curtis and Eva Gilliam Curtis.
He is survived by his wife Marvene Curtis of the home; three daughters Renee Detter (Rick) of Taylorsville, Lynn Rogers (Buck) of Icard, and Amy Teague (Nelson) of Hickory; one son Tony Curtis of Hickory; three grandchildren Mandy Crooks, Lyndsey Watson, and Allegra Lynch; and three great grandchildren Landon Crooks, Tristan Crooks, and Carsyn Lynch.
The funeral will be 11:00A.M on Tuesday May 25,2021 at Gateway Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 10:00A.M to 11:00A.M at the church and a graveside service will be immediately following at Springs Road Baptist Church
In addition to his parents; a sister Malva Starnes; and his brother William Curtis preceded him in death.
