Jeffrey Jay Greenhill, 52, of Hickory died Thursday, February 22nd, 2018 at his home. Born April 22nd, 1965 he was the son of Jimmy J. Greenhill and the late Nadine Bumgardner Greenhill. Jeffrey loved to play golf but was most known on the softball field as Tank. He worked for the City of Hickory for 31 years as a C.A.D. operator.
In addition to his father; his wife of four years Michelle B. Greenhill; a daughter Gabrielle Ferguson and husband Jermeny of Lincolnton; Anthony White and wife Sara of Gastonia; step mother Judy Robinson of Hickory; and six grandchildren Jeremiah White, Kaitlyn Ferguson, Jacob White, Mattilynn Ferguson; Jayceon Ferguson, and Jenna White survive him.
His mother Nadine Greenhill and two miniature Dachshunds Bismark and Rommel preceded him in death.
The funeral will be 3:00pm Sunday, February 25th, 2018 at Huntington Hills Church of God with Pastor Harvey Turner, Jr. officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm Saturday, February 24th, 2018 at Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home.
