Jerry Carpenter

Jerry Nelson Carpenter 73 of Lincolnton died Monday, May 9th, 2016 at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. Born May 3rd, 1943 he was the son of Joe Carpenter and Eva Carpenter. His wife of 53 years, Brenda Kathleen Carpenter of the home; three sons, Gene Carpenter and wife Ann of Newton, Rocky Carpenter and wife Clelie of Lincolnton and Howard Carpenter and wife Bridget of Lincolnton; a brother, Kenny Carpenter and wife Tammey of Gastonia; five grandchildren three great grandchildren and one great great grandchild survive him. Three brothers, Tom, Charlie and Donnie Carpenter preceded him in death. A graveside service will be 4:00 pm Friday, May 13th, 2016 at Landers Chapel UMC Cemetery.
