Jimmy Franklin Walker "Squirrel", 74, of Crouse passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at Atrium Health Lincoln. Born February 20th, 1948 he was the son of the late Elve Walker and Pearl Lee Hill.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 42 years, Tammy Walker; three sons: Jimmy (Sherri) Walker, Jr., Damon (Ashley) Walker, and Michael (Maria) Hallman; three brothers: Edward Walker, Danny Walker, and Roger Walker; 14 grandchildren: Aaron, Logan, Terry, Candace, Nicholas, Amathzt, Cherish, Jacob, Hadasa, Kolton, Dustin, Savahana, Dakota, and Lathan; and 9 great-grandchildren: Knoxton, Willow, Autumn, Carter, Alex, DeVina, Abbey, Dustin, Jr., and Ryan.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by a son Terry Lee Walker and a sister Linda Sue Walker.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Jenkins Funeral Home.

The funeral will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Anitoch Methodist Church Cemetery in Crouse, NC.
