Joe Dale Ikerd, 62 of Newton died Monday, July 21st, 2014. Born December 17th, 1951 he was the son of the late Lawrence Ikerd and Sarah Ikerd. He was owner operator for many years of SpaceNet Age Satellite Systems.
His wife, Carolyn of Newton and a son, Trent of Newton; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews survive him.
Burial will be private.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Catawba County.
