He was a long standing member and deacon at the First Baptist Church in Dania, Florida. He was the second of seven children and growing up during the depression left him with an appreciation for the simple and important things in life. So many lives have been touched by his loyalty, generosity, values and willingness to lend a hand, it would be impossible to list them all. He spent his latter days doing what he loved most.
