John Swindle

John Andrew Swindle "Duck", 55, of Claremont died Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born March 13th, 1968 he was the son of Linda Stamey and the late Gerald Swindle.

His mother, Linda Stamey; his son, John Swindle his daughter, Jessica Mitchell-Hall; his brother, Michael Swindle; two sisters, Anita Swindle and Elizabeth Baxter; two grandchildren, Noah Lukas Swindle and Jakob Isaac Swindle; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews survive him.

In addition to his father, his brother, Brian Elzie Swindle preceded him in death.

The memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
