Jose Diaz

Jose Marcial Diaz, 84 of Pipers Ridge Circle NW Conover, NC died Thursday August 14, 2008 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born March 17, 1924 in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Tomas Diaz Diaz and Praxedes Rodriguez Diaz. He was a retired accountant and Controller with the Puerto Rican government and served in the US Army. His wife, Esther Ortiz Diaz of the home; two daughters; Nydia Arzola of Conover and Ivonne Greenwell of Orlando Florida and three grandchildren, Jose Arzola, Stephanie Greenwell and Adriana Guzman survive him. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
