Joseph "Joe" Anthony Michael DiBernardo, 73, of Vale passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at his residence. Born March 7th, 1947 he was the son of the late Anthony Michael DiBernardo and Martha Lee Fulbright. Joe was a man who faced the world on his own terms.
He is survived by his daughter Susan Neely (Ted) of Hickory; a sister Bea Wise (Jack) of Vale; a brother Charles DiBernardo (Katherine) of Vale; two grandchildren Olivia Neely and Emma Neely; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Catawba County Humane Society, P.O. Box 63, Hickory NC 28603.
