Joseph Allen Kendrick 68 of Hickory died Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at his home. Born March 3rd, 1951 he was the son of the late Calvin Kendrick and Doris Smith Kendrick.
Those left to cherish his memory include three sisters Brenda Hall (John) of VA, Sylvia Chaney of VA, and Kathy Higgs of Hickory; two brothers Thomas Kendrick of VA, and Timothy Kendrick of VA; brother-in-law John Hall of VA; sons Michael Kendrick (Carol) of Hickory, Danny Kendrick (Sharon) of VA; and grandson Joshua Adkins of Stoneville, NC.
In addition to his parents, two brothers, Jesse Kendrick and Jay Kendrick; and one sister Betty Harrison, preceded him in death.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Joseph's life will be 5:00 pm Saturday August 17, 2019 at his home.
