Josephine Tilley

Josephine Marie Webb Tilley, 77 passed away Monday November 9, 2020 peacefully at her home in Iron Station, NC. Born March 10, 1943 in Tipple, WV to the late Carlos Bernard Webb and Mary Odessa (Short) Webb. She was a homemaker who loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was raised by her grandfather George Preston Webb and his wife Minerva Clay Webb whom was a mother and father to her. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and a special woman to all who knew her.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Donald Eugene Tilley.
Those left to cherish her memories include her six children; two sons; Bobby Tilley, and Gary Tilley of Iron Station NC. four daughters; Helen Hallman of Holden Beach NC, Luella and husband Jerry Miller of Brenton WV, JoAnn and husband Brad Reep of Mt Holly NC, Elizabeth and husband Chris Dotson of Welch WV. An ex son-in-law Malcolm Miller. Nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Seven brothers; Carlos Webb of Lake Charles Louisiana, Timmy Webb and wife Eva of Glen Rogers WV, Jimmy Webb of Pineville WV, O'Dell Webb of McGraws WV, David Webb and wife Donna of Sandlick WV, Eugene Webb and wife Rhonda of Anderson Indiana, Bobby Webb of Sandlick WV. A special aunt whom she loved just like a sister Josephine Patrick of Streetsboro, Ohio.

A Celebration of life will be 3:00pm Friday November 13th 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home. With Mike Murray and Woody Stacy Officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm  Friday, November 13th, 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel.
