Joyce Booth

The Lord called Joyce Fern Booth home on June 3, 2011. Born March 24, 1937 in Welch, WV, the daughter of the late Lawrence Washington and Martha Green, she was 74. Joyce was a retired EKG technician. She worked at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland, OH and Meadville Medical Center in Meadville, PA. Her Life revolved around her devotion to her Lord, family, friends, and her animals. She will be sadly missed by two sisters, Wilma Jean Cribbs and Husband Wendell of Fort Worth, TX and Mary Sizemore of Malvern, OH; a Brother, Joseph H Green Of Conover; a special niece and care giver, Delores Hall and husband, John of Hardy, KY; a great niece, Andrea Hall, M.D. of Christiansburg, VA; a host of nieces and nephews, two special friends, Robert Charles Workman of Newton, Margie Ogren of Startown, and her former Husband Claude Booth of Conneaut Lake, PA. She is preceded in death by four Brothers, Lawrence, Raymond Lee, Franklin David, William Green and Three Sisters, baby girl Green, Ethel Ann Green, Bethel Emily Marrs. The family will receive friends Wednesday June 8, 2011 from 5-7 PM at Jenkins Funeral Home. Burial will be Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory.
