Keith Kelly

Keith Wesley "Midnight Rider" Kelly II, 62, of Connelly Springs passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023 at UNC Health Blue Ridge. Born January 11th, 1961 he was the son of Keith Wesley Kelly and Haroleen Bowman Payne.

Wes was a mason and a member of Cookville Masonic Lodge #502, as well as an Oasis Shriner. He worked at MDI for nearly 50 years, before retiring to care for his wife.

He is survived by his wife Terri Kelly of Connelly Springs, his mother Haroleen Bowman Payne of Denver, NC, his sisters Gale Cook of Hickory, Elizabeth Rowe of Newton, and Tammy (Jeff) Dellinger of Stanley, his son Keith Wesley Kelly, III, of California, his niece Lauren Dellinger of Stanley, his nephews Aaron Kelly of Statesville, Ryan (Ashley) Dellinger of Stanley, Patrick Rowe of Newton, and Steven Rowe of Newton, his great-nephews Nate Dellinger, Corbin Dellinger, and Noah Dellinger, and many beloved friends.

Wes was proceeded in death by his father Keith Wesley Kelly.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 21st at Jenkins Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 12:00 PM Tuesday, February 21st at Jenkins Funeral Home.
