Kenneth Hewitt

Kenneth Alexander (Alex) Hewitt 30 of Hickory died Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born July 25th, 1991 he was the son of Melissa Hope Hewitt and the late Michael Lee Watson. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and he loved his family dearly, particularly his mother. He was the type of person that made the room light up upon entering. He left us the way he lived his life... like a man.

His mother, Melissa Hewitt, six brothers, Tommy Coney, Lee Johnson, Bryan Coleman, Joey Hewitt, Michael Lee Watson, Jr., and Damion McIver; a sister, Kaitlinn Rose Watson; two God Mothers, Dana Conley and Kimberly Jenkins; God Brothers and God Sisters, Nick Conley, Noah Conley, Ashli Conley, Vernecia Jenkins and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews survive him.

There will be a memorial releasing of balloons for Alex on Sunday, June 5th at 11:00 am in Glenn Hilton Park, located at 2000 6th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601.
