Ker Vang Xiong, 60 of Charlotte died Saturday, August 24, 2012 at her residence. She was born December 5, 1952 in Laos and left many family members and friends to cherish her name. The Hmong funeral will begin Saturday September 22, 2012 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Newton and conclude on Monday September 24, 2012. The family will receive friends during this time.
