Kim Naomi Smith, 62, of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born September 1st, 1959 she was the daughter of the late Doug Gilley and Carlean Gilley. She loved gardening, flowers and the beach but most of all, her family.
Her husband Dale Smith; son, Aaron Smith and daughter, Morgan Smith survive her.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 PM Saturday, January 8th, 2021 at Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Jerome Walker and Rev. Todd Smith officiating. A receiving of friends will be held one hour prior to the service, starting at 1:00 PM.
