Kristopher Darrell Lowman, 42, of Hickory died Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born Saturday, January 14th, 1978 he was the son of Darrell Grady Lowman and Rita Stafford Lowman. Kristopher will be remembered for his caring, forgiving, and non-judging personality. Kristopher was known for being a congenial person who never met an enemy and could easily make you laugh.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Amanda Curtis Lowman of the home; a daughter Jessica Lowman of of the home; a son Tristan Lowman of of the home; his mother Rita Lowman of Granite Falls; a sister Amanda Aldrich (Jonathon) of Granite Falls; two brothers Stephen Lowman (Layla) of Hickory and Doug Lowman (Lana) of Granite Falls; a niece Ava Aldrich; 3 nephews Tanner Lowman, Chase Lowman, and Josh Lowman; an aunt Joan Benfield (Ken) of Valdese.
In addition to his grandparents he is preceded in death by his father Darrell Grady Lowman.
The Celebration of Life will be 1:00 pm Friday, March 20th, 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Curtis officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Friday, March 20th, 2020 at Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home.
