Larry Church

Larry Dean Church, 68, of Hickory passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born Wednesday, July 22nd, 1953 he was the son of the late George Thomas Church and Elenoir Huffman Church.

He is survived by his wife Karen Church; three daughters Dawn Church, Tami Church, and Kristin Sigmon (Jason); two step-daughters Stephanie Buchanan and Christina Canipe (Timothy Jr.); two step-sons Bryon Buchanan and Derek Buchanan; half-sister Brenda Baker (Seth); five grandchildren Valarie Repass (Matthew), Dylan Hannah, Troy Hannah, Kody Sigmon, and Jakob Sigmon; fifteen step-grandchildren Ryan Buchanan, Shay Buchanan, Sean Buchanan, Blake Buchanan, Hunter Buchanan, Jace Buchanan Brayden Buchanan, Sergio Buchanan, Makayla Buchanan, Malika Buchanan, Trinity Canipe, Ben Canipe, Eli Canipe, and Issac Canipe; and five great-grandchildren Isaiah Honeycutt, Laci Honeycutt, Ivey Honeycutt, Brayson Honeycutt, and Aubree Repass.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his late wife Sarah Ann Church; a brother Ray Church; and a grandson Brandon Honeycutt.

The family is having a private memorial service.
