Larry White

Larry Wayne White 62 of Vale died Sunday, January 7, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 26th, 1961 in Abingdon, Virginia. He was the son of Ralph J. White and Theda Rose White. Larry served his country in the Army National Guard. He was a truck driver for over 35 years and a Terminal Manger. He worked at Piedmont, Merita Bread, and Flav-O-Rich. Larry was baptized in the Holsten River and belonged to Gospel Baptist Church.

Larry is survived by his wife of 44 years Ava Gwyn White; mother, Theda Rose White; four children, Shawn Wayne White, Larry Keith White, Crystal Gayle White, and Kyle Jay White; sister, Theresa Leona White; and seven grandchildren Jasmine White, Maxim White, Evelynn White, Caitlan White, Lillian White, Isabella White and P.J. White.

Larry is preceded in death by father, Ralph J. White; brother, Claude James White; and granddaughters, Sophie White and Emma White.

The Family will be holding a private memorial service at their home.
