Laura Shields

Laura Mae Shields 78 of Ludlow, MA died Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Autumn Care of Statesville. Born March 29th, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Melvin Grimshaw and Isabelle Parker Grimshaw.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children Karen and Frank Joyal of Mooresville, Fred and Linda Shields of Newton, Cheryl Atkins of Denver, Richard Shields of Denver, Richard Perry of Thorndike, MA, Kenneth Shields of Suwanee, GA, Patty Weber of Charlotte, David Shields of Ludlow, MA; twenty-seven grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, her husband Richard Shields Sr.; a daughter Louise Perry; and a son Doug Shields preceded her in death.

A Celebration of Life will be 3:00 pm Friday January 24, 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home.
