Leisa White

Leisa Glenn White, 61, of Hickory passed away Monday, January 25, 2021. Born, August 18th, 1959 she was the daughter of the late Horace Hampton Glenn and Elsie Mae Webber Glenn. Leisa was a devout Christian. She was a mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and so much more to many. She beamed with pride over  her two children and being Lele to her six grandchildren. Everyone knew her as outgoing, bubbly and having the biggest heart. She loved her job at PDQ, especially her interactions with her team and customers. She made such an impact on so many! Leisa's bright blue eyes and heartwarming smile will be missed by all.

A daughter Scotti Carnes and husband Josh of Sylva; Son Taylor Hines and wife Meredith of Hickory; a sister Lori Fox of Welcome; a brother Ford Glenn and wife Libby of Shelby; grandchildren Joe, Harper, Inman, Hannon, Davis, Hallie and a number of nieces and nephews survive her.

In addition to her parents; her late husband Eric White; and her brother Ralph Glenn preceded her in death.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am Saturday February 6, 2021 at Mt Sinai Baptist Church in Shelby with Pastor Tim Trexler and Pastor Andrew Rawls of Viewmont Baptist Church officiating.

The Celebration of Life Service will be live streamed on Facebook and Mtsinaibaptist.net for those that can not attend.
