Linda Johnson

Linda Carol McKenzie Johnson, 60 of Boy Scout Rd, Lincolnton, died Saturday November 21, 2009 at Levine and Dickson Hospice in Huntersville. Born May 12, 1949 in Dillon County, SC she was the daughter of Pauline McKenzie of Lincolnton. She was a loving wife and grandmother. Linda was employed by National Fruit Company for 29 years. In addition to her mother, her husband Joseph Merle Johnson of the home, two sons, Donnie Johnson of Pumpkin Center and Scott Johnson of Wallops Island, VA; a sister, Joyce Petts of Norfolk, VA; two brothers, LeGrand McKenzie of Dillon, SC and J.R. McKenzie of Dillon, SC and four grandchildren, Trinity, Alyssa, Joe and Olivia survive her. The funeral will be 4:00 pm Wednesday at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug McClain officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
