Lorraine Huffman 90 of Newton died Saturday, February 25th, 2017 at Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born November 2nd, 1926 she was the daughter of the late John Vernon and Beatrice Cox Abernethy.
A daughter, Karen Prince and husband David of Newton; a son Todd Huffman of Conover; grandchildren, Sean David Prince of Newton, Heather Amanda Prince of Hickory, Ryan Todd Huffman of Conover and Taylor Grant Huffman; a sister, Bettie Abernethy Bolick of Maiden survive her.
