Louise Elcock Sykes 69 of Lincolnton died Thursday, October 13th, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center Lincoln. She was born August 18th, 1947. Her husband of 19 years Walter Sykes of the home; three daughters, Suzette Sykes of Denver, NC, Starr Jones of Ladonia, TX and Peggi Elcock of Woodbridge, VA; a son, Ronald Sykes and wife Elsa Corona Sykes of Iron Station; four sisters, Rita Pemberton of St. Croix, Loretta Thomas of Florida, Joan H. Richards of St. Croix and Deborah P. Edwards of Woodbridge, VA; a brother, Charles E. Hendricks of ST.
