Lucy Cordia Stephens 79 of Newton died Friday, September 27, 2019 at Catawba Regional Medical Center. Born Thursday, February 15th, 1940 she was the daughter of Jesse Owen Stephens and Frances Louise Stephens.
A daughter, Cindy Kresge of Conover and a son, Mark Issac of Conover survive her.
