Macedonia Lopez

Macedonio Francisco Viruel Lopez, 36 of Lincolnton died February 23, 2013 in Lincolnton. Born January 9, 1977 in Mexico, he was the son of Teresa Lopez Torres and Alvaro Viruel Banos. A son, Estevan "Steve" Viruel Lopez of Lincolnton survives him. The funeral will be Friday, March 1, 2013 at St. Dorothy's Catholic Church in Lincolnton with Father Matthew Buettner will officiate. The family will receive friends form 7-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel on Startown Road in Newton. Burial will be in Mexico at a later date.
