Margaret Joy DeYoung, 87, of Conover, died Friday, October 14, 2022 at her home. Born Sunday, October 28th, 1934, she was the daughter of Kenneth Howard Johnson and Alice Angline Johnson.
Margaret is survived by her daughters Vicky Watson, and Cheryl (Douglas) Cheney and her sons, Tom DeYoung (Rebecca), and Michael DeYoung. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Brenda Chontos Pope and Dirk Chontos; David Cheney and Sarah Cheney; Tom DeYoung and Sara DeYoung; ; and Erin DeYoung.
Kenneth Howard Johnson her Father; Alice Angline Johnson, her Mother, and Tom DeYoung her Spouse, preceded her in death.
Margaret and her husband loved to swim, do yoga and participate in Silver Sneakers.
