Margie Tyson

Margie Estelle Aldridge Tyson 83 of Conover died Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born Friday, August 13th, 1937 she was the daughter of the late Thomas High Aldridge and Mary Vernell Biles Aldridge. She was a homemaker and retired from Conover School.

Three sons, Thomas Boyd Tyson, lll and wife Jimena of Davidson, Douglas Ray Tyson and wife Kelly of Drexel and Michael Clayton Tyson and wife Mary of Otto, NC; a sister, Francis Elaine Aldridge Crisco of Oakboro, NC; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren survive her.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Thomas Boyd Tyson, Jr; two brothers, Colon Richard Aldridge, Billy Ray Aldridge and a sister, Laura Jane Aldridge Harris preceded her in death.

A private graveside service will be 10:00 am Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Conover Cemetery with Rev. Aaron Causby officiating.

The family invites friends and family to pay their respects at the funeral home 3-5:00 pm Wednesday, April 14, 2021. The family will not be present.
