Marion Judson Whitaker,73 of Asheville died Friday, March 11th, 2016 at Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville. Born December 30th, 1942 in Asheville, NC, he was the son of William Whitaker and Thelma Briggs Whitaker. A niece, Karen Galaga of Raleigh survives him; and sister in law, Nancy Whitaker of Marshall, NC survive him.
