Martha Verdie Ann Warren 74 of Hickory passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at her home. Born Thursday, September 4th, 1947 she was the daughter of Donald Sorrells Holsclaw and Ida Mae .
She is survived by her daughters Sandie (Richard) Sudduth of Snow Hill, Pam Robinson of the home, and Donna (Doug) Lauterbach of Hickory, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, her sister Virgie (Larry) Canipe of Hickory, her brothers Howard "Bud" (Regina) Holsclaw of Hickory and Claude "Doc" Holsclaw of Hickory.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce Leonard Warren, her parents Donald Sorrells Holsclaw and Ida Mae Cox Holsclaw, and four brothers.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM August 25, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center with Vernon Moyer officiating. Burial will follow at Brookford Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM August 25, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital .
