Martha Woodward

Martha Lue Killian Woodward 68 of Claremont died Friday, November 4th, 2016 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born October 28th, 1948 she was the daughter of the late Austin William and Edna Mae Hart Killian. Her husband of 45 years, William D. Woodward of the home; a daughter, Teresa Salmeron and husband Juan of Claremont; a son Thomas Woodward of Claremont; two brothers, Glen Killian and wife Vada of Hickory and Dallas Killian of Hickory; four sisters, Bessie Killian of Hickory Gladys Killian of Hickory, Viola Weaver and husband Gary of Hickory and Ethel Killian of Hickory two granddaughters, Stephanie Salmeron and Makayla Fox; five nieces and two nephew survive her. The family will receive friends from 5-6:30 pm Monday November 7th, 2016 at Startown First Baptist Church in Newton. The Memorial service will be at 6:30 pm Monday at Startown Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Startown First Baptist Church, Sigmon Dairy Road, Newton, NC 28658.
