Martin "Marty" Morgan

Martin Paul Morgan, 61, of Hickory died Monday, May 6, 2024, at Carolina Caring. Born April 2, 1963 in Ohio, he was the son of Bud and Shirley Morgan.

He loved the CB radio, fishing, and his grandchildren. He had a green thumb; his family says he could make anything grow. He enjoyed live music and going to concerts with his wife. Martin was the luckiest man you would ever meet.

Left to cherish his memory his loving wife of 20 years, Michelle Morgan; daughter, Sara McCall; son, Alex Cartner; and four grandchildren, Aaron Morgan, Elizabeth McCall, Alyvia McCall, and Vylette Cartner survive him.

Father, Bud Morgan, two sisters, Linda Morgan, and Mindy Miller, preceded him in death.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center from 1:00-3:00PM
