Martin Rambarran

Martin Vivekanand Rambarran, 75 of Hickory died Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 at his residence. Born February 10th, 1940, he was the son of the late Stephen Rambarran and Ellen Rambarran. His wife of 44 years, Dhanmatee Rambarran of the home; two daughters, Christine Ann Rambarran of the home and Diane Eaton and husband Heath of Hudson and three sons, Andrew Rambarran of Suffolk, VA, David Rambarran and wife Melanie of Valdese and Daniel Rambarran of the home; a brother, Gordon Rambarran of New York City; two sisters, Ena Persaud of London, England and Elvy Dilchand of London, England survive him. A sister, Iris Goolcharran preceded him in death. The funeral will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 4th, 2015 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Subhas Singh and Harry Persaud Singh officiating. Burial will follow at Jenkins Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 pm Saturday, April 4th, 2015 at at the funeral home.
