Mary Clark

Mary Devon Clark, 52, passed away suddenly on, Monday, December 7, 2015 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory. She was born on August 9, 1963 in Decatur, Illinois to Robert and Darla Bronovik, both of whom she is survived by. She is also survived by her fiancée H. Chris Taylor, and her children Devin Michael Clark, wife Mattie, and daughter Caitlin Mattie Clark. Mary worked as a nutrition specialist at Carolina Rehab in Connelly Springs, NC. She was an avid reader, enjoyed light gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a beautiful and free spirit, was extremely kind and compassionate, and she will be missed dearly. A service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00pm Sunday, December 20, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Hildebran, by Jay Stroupe. A brief visitation line to greet the family will follow. At other times, the family will be at their homes. In leiu of flowers, donations be made to the medical bills of her fiancée, H Chris Taylor, who is battling an extended illness.
