Mary Greer

Mary Michelle â??Shellyâ? Greer, 43 formerly of Rhodhiss died Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care in Lenoir. She was born January 2, 1967 to the late Gaynell Robinson & Michael A. Thompson. Shelly was a very courageous fighter in her battle with cancer and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A daughter, Candace Leigh Greer of Rhodhiss; a son, Kevin Zachary Cook-Thompson of Sorrento, Florida; two brothers, Michael G. Thompson and wife, Teresa of HIckory, Jack â??Gregâ? Thompson and wife Karen of Sorrento, Florida survive her. In addition to her parents; her grand-mother, Mary Robinson of St. Paul, Virginia preceded her in death. A private service will be held at a later date.
