Mary "Coleen" Moses, 88, of Newton died Friday, January 27, 2023 at Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born Sunday, July 8th, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Daisy Lillian Teague.
Coleen was a sweetheart and a devoted Christian, who loved Jesus more than anything.
She is survived by her children Roger Moses, Susan Moses, and Deanna O'Shields, her brother Mike Hollar, six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Coleen was preceded in death by her husband Coolidge Moses.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center.
The funeral will be 12:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dennis Pitts. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Hickory.
