Mary Virginia Jolley

Virginia was welcomed into the arms of Jesus, her Savior after a brief affliction. She left this earthly kingdom the way she lived gentle, kind and loving. Left to remember her love is daughter Erin (David) Todd of Woodlawn, VA, grandson Jason (Fiona) Todd, great grandsons Ellis and George Todd of Kunshan, China, brothers Charles (Joanne) Wilkes of Chapin, SC and John (Patty) Wilkes of Lake City, FL.

She will be missed by loyal friend Janet Burham of Pfafftown, NC and many others. Virginia had a way of reaching the heart of many with her love of Jesus. Her mission to love others well and shine her Savior's light, which has been accomplished. She has now heard the words "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...enter into the joy of thou Lord".

A service of remembrance will be held at the Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel in Newton, NC on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at 2 pm. Burial will be with her family in Lake City, FL at Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
