Maurice Bessette

Maurice Marcel Bessette 76 of Hickory died Thursday July 18th, 2013 at Brian Center East. Born June 2nd, 1937, he was the son of the late Cleophus Bessette and Cora Deslaurier Bessette. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was self employed as a resaler. A cat lover, he enjoyed reading and fishing at the Ocean and he enjoyed watching Jeopardy. A son, Marcel Kenneth Bessette and wife, Rosa of Hickory; a grand-daughter, Jessica Bessette of Bristol, CT; a brother, Frances Bessette of Michigan; numerous nieces and nephews survive him.
