Maurice Rowland Broome, 82, of Hickory died Wednesday, April 12th, 2017 at Brian Center Hickory. Born February 5th,1935 he was the son of the late Badger Broome and Shirley Rowland Broome. He was a sales rep and sold petroleum products.
Survived by daughter, Amy Richards and husband Tom of Newton; son, Rodney Broome and wife Elaine of Conover; grandchildren, Jared and Connor Broome of Conover; sisters, Elaine Turner, Daphne Blackwelder, Annette Rowland, Jannette Mann.
