Mee Lor

Mee Yang Lor, 87 of Wilson Avenue, Connelly Springs died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Grace Hospital. Born May 9, 1923 in Laos, she was the daughter of the late Hnia Yeng Yang & Mai Lor. Three daughters, Mai Xiong of Warsaw, Wisconsin, Yia Xiong of Sacramento, California, Cha Lee of Thailand; three sons, Young Lo of Morganton, Tong Lor of Morganton, Kao Lor of Connelly Springs; a sister, Yer Yang of Fresno, California and 38 grand-children survive her. The Hmong funeral will begin on Friday April 1, 2011 and will conclude on Sunday, April 3, 2011. The family will receive friends during this time at Startown Gathering Center at Jenkins Funeral Home on Startown Road. Burial will be Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Mountain View Memorial park in Black Mountain. Condolence messages may be sent to www.jenkinsfuneralhome.net.
