Mee Yang

Mee Yvonne Yang, 39 of Xiong Yang Drive, Connelly Springs, died Friday January 2, 2009 as the result of an automobile accident. Born March 2, 1969 in Laos, she was the daughter of Chao Lee of Connelly Springs and the late Kong Chue Yang. She was a teacher assistant at Icard Elementary School. In addition to her mother, Chao Lee, her husband, Lee Cher Yang; two daughters, Leslie Lee and Cassie Lee of the home; a son, Shane Lee of the home; three sisters, two step sisters; three brothers; seven step brothers and her step mother, Blia Her of Minneapolis, MN survive her. The Hmong funeral will begin at 8:00 am Friday January 9, 2008 and will conclude at noon Sunday January 11, 2008. The family will receive friends during this time at Startown Gathering Center at Jenkins Funeral Home. Burial will be noon Sunday at Startown-Jenkins Cemetery.
