Melinda Faye Smith, 49, of Newton passed away Friday, July 5, 2024 at Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Cabarrus. Born, August 8th, 1974 she was the daughter of Jimmy Kay Smith and Brenda Gail Smith.
She is survived by her daughter Antoinette "Anna" Smith of the home; her father, Jimmy Kay Smith of the home; her brothers, Fred Richard Smith of Newton, Robert Lee Smith and his wife Julie Smith of Newton; her three nephews, Ryan Kenneth Bradberry, Dylan Avery Smith, and Cameron Gunner Smith.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Gail Smith.
The Memorial Service will be 2-4PM August 10th, 2024 at Wesley Chapel United Methodist located at 2613 Wesley Chapel Rd, Newton, NC 28658.
