Michael Beltran

Michael Anthony Beltran 27 of Vale died Wednesday, September 9th, 2015. Born September 6th, 1988 he was the son of Ricardo Beltran and Katherine C. Beltran. He had a great smile, was a friend to everyone and a wonderful uncle. His daughter was the sunshine of his life. A daughter, Cheltzey Beltran of Panama City, FL; three brothers, Ricky Dunn and wife Ashley of Cottondale, FL, Andrew Lipford of Sidney, MT and Jesse Beltran and wife Krystal of Marianna, FL; a sister, Isabel Melissa Lipford of Cottondale, FL; four nephews and two nieces survive him.
