Michael Anthony Perkins, 58 of Conover, died Monday, October 5th, 2015 at Frye Regional Medical Center. Born July 11th, 1957, he was the son of the late Paul and Betty Perkins. Two daughters, Chasity Samford and husband Michael of Nashville, TN., Kingsley Perkins of Conover; two sons, Chris Perkins and wife Cindy, Paul Perkins and wife Chelsea of Hickory; his ex-wife Gail Perkins of Conover; a brother Rex Perkins of Dawson Springs, KY.; his aunt Carolyn Sigler of Dawson Springs, KY., and nine grandchildren survive him.
