Mildred Bedington

Mildred ?Mickie? Elizabeth Bedington, 84 of Hickory passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Lutheran Home Hickory West. Born March 12, 1928 in Guilford County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Steven Herman Bedington and Ella Mae Donithan Healy. She is survived by two brothers, Randy Bedington and wife Heidi of Hickory and Michael Bedington and wife Linda of Taylorsville; four nephews, Scott Bedington and wife Beth of Conover, Bill Bedington of Conover, Thomas Bedington of San Francisco and David Bedington and wife Chantel of Newton; and a cousin, Jeff Donithan of Galax, Virginia. No services are planned at this time. The family requests memorials be made to Palliative CareCenter and Hospice of Catawba Valley, 3975 Robinson Road, Newton, NC 28658 or The Humane Society of Catawba County, 3224 20th Avenue, S.E.
