Mildred Ann Von Jares, 97, of Newton passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 at her residence in her sleep. Born Sunday, January 21st, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Josephine and Michael Smolinski. Mildred was devoted to God and she loved Jesus.
Mildred is survived by a daughter Andrea Von Jares of Newton, NC; two sons David Von Jares II of Newton, NC, and Eric Von Jares and wife Marie Mullineux of Friendswood, TX. Two grandsons; Kyle Von Jares and wife Brittney Von Jares of Boring, Oregon, and Kris Von Jares, Manitou Springs, Colorado, and granddaughter Susan Mullineux of Friendswood, TX. Great grandson Logan Von Jares of Boring, Oregon.
Those Preceding her in death includes her husband, David Von Jares I, and her Mother and Father Josephine Marvish and Michael Smolinski.
The family has decided upon a private ceremony.
