Nathaniel Hunt Sr. December 5, 1943 - September 9, 2021
Nathaniel has said, not to be sad in his death but to rejoice in knowing him in life. He has gone home to be with his Heavenly Father. He said he loves us all and will see us on the other side.
He leaves behind his best friend and loving wife Catherine Hunt, four children Nathaniel Hunt Jr., Paul Hunt and his wife Christie, Brendalyn Washington and husband Neal, Karen Hentley and husband Kevin. His son by heart Morgan Baldridge and wife Brittany.
He has sixteen grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and their wives. A sister, a nephew and countless other family members and friends whom he loved.
One of Nathans many passions was detailing vehicles. He could look at a vehicle, know what they needed to give them a totally new look. He also enjoyed our camping trips with our furbaby to the beach, mountains and local campgrounds.
He retired from GE of Hickory after many years of service. He had enjoyed driving a truck before working at GE. When he retired he went back to truck driving becoming a dedicated driver. It was a job he enjoyed. He made many friends before returning the last time.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 3:00 PM at 3193 Lynn Mountain Road
