Neng Xiong, 59 of Claremont died Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at his residence. Born July 1, 1954 in Laos, he was the son of Nao Lee Xiong and Chia Vang. Numerous family member survive him. The Hmong Celebration will begin on Friday, June 13th, 2014 at Startown Gathering Center & Pavilion at Jenkins Funeral Home in Newton.
