Nina Kozaryuk

A beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Nina Ivanovna Kozaryuk passed away on May 21, 2023 at the age of 90. Born on December 26, 1932 in Stalineshti Moldova, Nina’s life was a testament to her unwavering commitment to following Christ Jesus. Her deep faith guided her every step, and she lived her life as a shining example of Christ's teachings.

Nina is survived by her three loving children, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren, who were blessed to have experienced her immeasurable love. Her memory will forever inspire her family and friends to walk in faith, pray unceasingly, and love others unconditionally.

Nina has helped many people over the years including her sister’s disabled son in Moldova. If you would like to honor her memory, please donate to her nephew through Hickory Romanian Baptist Church with the memo “Nina Kozaryuk”.

A viewing and a service will be held at Jenkins Funeral Home at 6:30 PM Thursday, May 25, 2023 officiated by Ioan Urs. A private funeral will be held at Jenkins Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, May 26, 2023. Pastor Livius Percy will be officiating. Burial will follow at Brookford Cemetery. Both services will be live streamed by Jenkins Funeral Home on the Jenkins Funeral Home Facebook page .
