Norma Irene De Fini, 95, of Newton died Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 at Abernethy Laurels. Born February 18th, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Phillip Nelson and Christina Peterson Nelson.
Her Nephew Henry (Butch) Williams and wife Linda of Newton survive her.
In addition to her parents, her husband of 48 years Nicholas S. De Fini; her sister Ruth Williams; a brother Lewis Nelson; and a niece Kay Cunningham preceded her in death
A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Abernathy Laurels at 102 Leonard Ave, Newton, NC 28658 and Catawba Regional Hospice at 3975 Robinson Rd, Newton, NC 28658.
